We calculate refunds based on your actual token usage. You're only charged for what you've used.
Once you generate content (try-on, video, background edit), those tokens represent delivered service and cannot be refunded.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Per-Token Cost by Plan:
• Starter: $0.01/token (1,000 tokens = $10)
• Professional: $0.00952/token (5,145 tokens = $49, 5% bonus)
• Agency: $0.00909/token (9,790 tokens = $89, 10% bonus)
Refund Amount = Unused Tokens × Per-Token Cost
(Capped at your subscription price)

Provide a brief reason for your refund request
You'll see your token usage and estimated refund amount
Our team reviews all requests within 24-48 hours
Approved refunds are processed in 5-10 business days
